Boeing Classic Tickets

A victory at the Boeing Classic moves players closer to winning the PGA point race. Hal Sutton, Mark McNuty and Dan Forsman have all felt the intense pressure of playing the Boeing Classic. The Champions Tour Classic, sponsored by Boeing, is usually played in Washington State. An exclusive course, called the TPC Snoqualmie Ridge, designed by Jack Nichlaus, very close to Seattle, is home to the tournament. Nestled at the base of the Cascade Range, it is one of golf's most beautiful clubs.

The event's new charity beneficiary will be the Benaroya Research Institute at Virginia Mason. (The Heart Institute at Virginia Mason had been the primary beneficiary of charity funds raised by the tournament for the tourney's first five years.) Boeing is proud of their charity work connected to this golf tournament. (The Benaroya Research Institute researches autoimmune diseases such as arthritis, diabetes, lupus, multiple sclerosis and scleroderma.)

The Boeing Classic is for the old-timers'for pros 50 years old and older. But the Classic has a young heart. It is relatively new and ready for new things. The tour kicked off its 2010 season at the Mitsubishi Electric Championship on the Big Island of Hawaii. And the Boeing is set to end the season near the High Cascade Mountain Range. The PGA is proud of this American Classic Golf Tournament.

The Boeing Classic's purse is nearing the 2 million dollar mark. Its course is known for being almost 900-feet above sea level. The Boeing is one of the fan favorites of the professional golf tournaments being played on the Champions Tour. Recently, the tournament has followed a major seniors championship called the JELD-WEN Tradition. The Classic golf event is slated to follow the U.S. Senior Open, which ends August 1 at the Sahalee Country Club. The Classic will be played at the TPC Snoqualmie Ridge golf course in Snoqualmie, WA.
