B.c. Open Tickets

The B.C. Open was held for the last time on the PGA Tour in 2006.

The B.C. Open, originally the Broome County Open, at the time of its cessation, was one of the smallest PGA tournaments. It enjoyed moderate success from 1971 to 2006. It is no longer a regular money event on the PGA tour and is not expected to reappear under different sponsorship. When the PGA FedEx Cup entered into the fray, the B.C. had its last tourney. The Turning Stone Resort Championship appears to have taken-over the B.C. Open, but that is not entirely accurate. The PGA improved its scheduling structure in 2006. The last B.C. Open was coincidentally played where a new tournament was coming-into fruition: the fall series event being hosted by the Turning Stone Resort, which is slated to be a championship for the next several years. It does not derive from the B.C. Open, which was played at the course when its usual course, En-Joie Golf Club flooded in 2006. It is doubtful that there will ever be a smaller PGA tournament that will collect more money for charity.
